Coucou French Classes has three main campuses: NYC, LA and online. I worked on a student portal giving access to curriculum ressources, and laid the foundations of a new scalable design structure. I conducted user research, high-fidelity design, handoff and workshops.

She uses the student portal when she needs to access some specific information: check her lessons schedule, retrieve zoom links and ID, catch-up if she skipped a class, access some resources, and take end of level quizzes.

Redesigning this platform had a positive impact on tagged KPI (number of feedbacks given, answer keys viewed, number of exercice books sold) and allowed for the front end to plan for future features without breaking the existing structure or downgrading the UX.
