Enabling users to quickly grasp complex features

Enabling users to quickly grasp complex features

One of the features I designed enabled users to extract informations from large mail batches in order to identify and manage thousands of recipients. I streamlined the UI to reduce friction on each component, and improved UX by adding an animated user onboarding. Working with customer success, I significantly reduced incoming support calls regarding this feature.
